Following a groovy 70's night and classy Black Tie evening, the recent Captain's Dinner went down a storm with the 70 strong crowd who soaked up the beer with a 3 course meal and partied with Phil the Groove until the birds were chirping.

Despite the season being over, and Luke Woodcock having flown safely back down under, the West End Party Bus will stop twice more in 2009. The first stop is at Pioneer Working Men's Club on December 4th, for the Annual Sportsmans Dinner. This year's speaker is former Northern Ireland and Man Utd legend Norman Whiteside, with comedian Steve Tandy and MC Andy Ashworth. The final stop for 2009 is back at the WECG, when we bring in the New Year with a Heroes and Villains Fancy Dress Party. Again, Phil Colbert from PC Roadshows provides the entertainment so those at the 70's night and Captain's Dinner know how good it is going to be! There will be Chilli and Wedges and cheap drinks all night so make sure you bring in 2010 in style with all your friends at Church CC.
